How to Play GoalHeads.io
Move into the ball’s path, protect your goal, and look for an opening at the other end. The ball stays active after collisions, so a blocked shot or missed challenge can quickly turn an attack into a defensive problem.
Choose your shot by the ball’s height. Ground Shot is for low balls, while Air Shot lets you challenge the ball above the pitch. Jumping also helps you meet aerial balls and intercept incoming attacks.
Positioning matters as much as chasing possession. Get behind the ball when you have room to send it toward the opponent’s goal, but don’t leave your own net open for a loose rebound. Watch where a deflection is heading before you commit to the next jump or shot.
Match Modes
Quick Match puts you into an online 1v1 game. Party Rooms support private matches with friends, while Local 2P lets two players share one keyboard. Training mode is available for practicing movement, jumps, and both shot types before competitive matches.
